County Line is very good. But IMO, for a real Texas BBQ experience, drive to Leon Springs (just north of SA on Interstate 10 in the Hill Country), and give Rudy's Country Store a try. I've also seen a new location on Highway 151 across from SeaWorld (near Hyatt Hill Country Resort). It really is the best stuff...picnic tables, you eat on butcher paper, drinks ice-chilled in a trough. Texas atmosphere and incredible vittles. It's a favorite eating spot for my visiting family.
