Early afternoon - at least 1/2 hr before the dinner crowd comes (4 pm): good parking, good seats, decent service... The sauce, coleslaw, and peach cobbler are worth the drive to me. Has anyone noticed the difference in quality between the very first brisket slice they give you and the ones that come afterwards when you order all-you-can-eat? Joan
