It was expensive. Servings were huge. Menu for some food content: Rattlesnake cakes with chipotle cream sauce pheasant salad on mango aoli with tomatillo, jicama, carrot salsa, some sort of chili vinagrette and several ingrediants I forget spinach flautas with goat cheese and habanero drizzle (that we requested to be a flood) served with cornbread, asparagus and black beans pecan crusted pheasant with ancho rasberry sauce Morgan Pinot Noir bowl of berries that got completely forgotten when a ring was produced 8-) DrRuth -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ruth McKay as ci [email removed] Dept of Chem & Biochem imapofa http://vivace.cm.utexas.edu/ University of Texas ustrali Ph: (512) 471-5755 Austin TX 78712 a Fx: (512) 471-0985 =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
