For good vermicelli and spring rolls you may want to try Mai's on 183 next to target and in that shopping center with all of the other Vietnamese stuff. The reason I go there though, is not for the noodles and spring rolls but for the french roll sandwiches. They are excellent and very cheap (1.50 -2.50).
