Being right up the street, I end up eating there more than I otherwise might. The food at Manga has greatly improved since they opened. Enough so that I highly recommend you give them another chance if you were disappointed before and try them out if you've never been there. It's still a patois of Asian and other influences and not authentically anything. Not for the purist. But the recipes that felt clumsy before have found balance. And the new items - particularly the curried shrimp - are well worth sampling. Follow it up with a grappa and a crème brulee at Dolce Vita and it makes for a nice evening in the hood. Cheers, Dusty

It's good, but the menu's far more limited than what you get on weekends and doesn't come out on carts.)
