Wednesday nights comes to mind, but like I said, it's been a while and I don't know if they are doing that still. As far as the quality goes, I think La Palapa is pretty mediocre. But they do give you lots of it! Keep in mind that we only went there for enchiladas, and I haven't tried much else. We have since then found other Tex-Mex places that have won our hearts. Maybe we'll have to give them another try. The palm tree/cabana/hut decor is pretty cool.... >Anyway my question is if anyone has been to this place, how were the >entrees? I've been there many times for lunch. Good stuff. On Fri, 23 Jul 1999 16:43:13 -0500, [email removed] Highlander wrote: >I had never heard of this place before last night. They have these exceptionally tasty soft brisket tacos - I suggest you try them. BTW I also was not "too hungry" and ordered the nachos and was surprised as well, ended up only eating 1/3 of the dish and taking the rest home! Very good food, inexpensive prices for the quality. So, they served two free margaritas to each of us. Pretty generous. The alternate form of fajitas (included shrimp) were good. I had the fish dish, with some sort of chipotle sauce on it. Was good, and the portion was huge. Will definitely go back. Michele Voorhees On Fri, 23 Jul 1999 16:43:13 -0500, [email removed] Highlander wrote: >I had never heard of this place before last night.
