Here's a list of the places I go when I go to visit. It's relatively up to date since I was in the area for the summer. Any special requests or directions send email. I don't know much about the Dallas area since I avoided it but. Expensive: La Cacheral (Arlington). It's on top of a bank building and it's wonderful. around $30 each without liquor. Mid: Pappadeux: (Arlington). Cajun. Really good cajun seafood place. $8-$15 On Broadway (Ft Worth), Portofino's (Arlington) - Italian (sister restaurants). Extremely good Italian food. Nice prices, Portofinos is more dressier. Good service and the Alfredo sauce has 2000 calaries in it. Yumm. Try the tortelini it's wonderful. Jazz Cafe: (Ft Worth) Greek. (breakfast and lunch only). Good mom and pop greek that isn't open all the time. Razoo's: (Ft Worth) Cajun. Relly good cajun style food. Bands on weekends. The cajun alfredo sauce it great. Hunans: (Ft Worth) Chinese. Really good upscale chinese food. La Chardoney: (Ft Worth). Really good deserts. I've never eaten food there but love the deserts. Haufbrau: (Ft Worth & Dallas). Steak. A good steak. ($15 - $20) Cheap: Italia Express: (Ridgmar Mall, Ft Worth). Best calzone in the world. $3.00 When I go to the area I always get at least one. Yum, Yum :-) Fudd Ruckers: (Irving). Really good burger joint. $6 - $10. Good deserts. CiCi's pizza: (everywhere) All you can eat pizza for $3.00. Decent. Taco Bueno: (everywhere) Fast food mexican. Much better than the rest.
