I decided to try them yesterday evening. I arrived there about 6:50 PM and was seated immediately (lots of cars in the parking lot but it was early enough so noone was waiting).

The menu is very similar to the menu seen on the Floridita link someone posted here earlier this month (http://www.floriditaseafoodgrill.com/menu.htm) -- although not quite as many items were on the menu here.

I decided to go with Coconut batter shrimp appetizer and the Pecan Crusted Trout entree (comes with parmesan mashed potatoes and the vegetable du jour -- which was baby green beans in my case). The shrimp was nicely done and it was served with what tasted like a honey-sauce. The trout was reasonably decent-sized and was served on top of the potatoes and beans (which made it somewhat of a problem to get to the sides). The trout was cooked perfectly and tasted fine. I couldn't detect any cheese in the mashed potatoes. The beans were ok -- a little underdone but there wasn't a lot of them.

The entree didn't come with any salad, soup or bread. I wasn't stuffed when I was finished but I wasn't famished either.

I had a bottle of Red Stripe beer with the meal and the bill came out to be $29 and change (not including tip).

The food was tasty but, in the end, I didn't feel that I had gotten $30-worth of value from the meal so I won't be going back.
