I used to be a devotee of Shanghai, but then they changed owners, and names, a couple of time, and (last I heard) stopped serving Dim Sum. (Plus the latest name, The Golden Chopsticks, doesn't inspire confidence.) Tien Hong is good, but too crowded and overpriced. I like Mong Kok, but not as much as I used to like Shanghai. Despite being the best Chinese restaurant in Austin, Pao's "northern style" Dim Sum doesn't excite me. Any other candidates?
