There's a chinese buffet place (used to be august moon) on Anderson just west of the 183 - Lamar intersection (at the southwest end of the Mervyn's center) that has sushi on their all you can eat buffet. I was there on a sunday, so I don't know if this is just a sunday/weekend thing or all the time. Considering how much some places charge for just a piece or 2, this seems like a very economical solution.
