The yellow pages list these: I do not remember going to any of these. I do recommend the K-Bobs in Brenham. They have a great salad bar and really well managed. The food is good and reasonable. I stop there everytime I go through town. That's why I don't know the bbq places. Big Daddy's Barbecue 1309 Prairie Lea St. Brenham, TX. (409) 830-1619 Brazos River Bbq 1503 S Market St. Brenham, TX. As you know, there are many pretenders here in Texas, notably for me, Tom's Ribs here in San Antonio. This placed is swarmed all the time yet has some of the worst Q I've ever eaten. Also, some legendary has beens. Rudy's here outside of town is close to making my list. To add to your list: Goode Company in Houston - Unquestionably the best Q I'm ever eaten Cooper's in Llano The Holy City of Texas BBQ is Lockhart where you will find: Kruez Market Brown's Chisolm Trail Regards and good luck with your fine web site. __________________________ Tyler Hopper "He's a High Tech Redneck"

I have personally not eaten there. It's recently gotten lot's of good attention from people I know on the houstons.eats food group. They have apparently been doing great BBQ for some time. Just don't ask for beer or they'll have you singing hymns for the other customers. (Really)
