Muy delicioso! We had the Fiesta Mole plate, which is three chicken enchiladas (we substituted cheese for pollo) served with brown, green and black mole. Good rice and beans, cold beer and warm sopapillos made for a really great meal. The place was pretty empty when we arrived, but gradually started to fill up later on. If you haven't been in a while, try it again - you'll remember why you liked it. Tom
