Corky's seems to be the most popular Memphis BBQ,and they are starting to franchise throughout the South.I know Topps and Rendevous are still open.I can recall that Gridley's was quite good,but several of their locations have closed in Memphis.The one place I can say was excellent was Bozo's(yes that is their actual name) in Cordova,Tn.(fifteen minutes or so away).They have been in business over seventy five years,so they must be doing something right.

Bozo's is actually in Mason, TN, east of Memphis out Hwy. 70. It's a bit more than 15 minutes or so away unless one is airborn. :-) Bill
