I'm going to be flying into Nashville, Tennessee and driving down I-24 to Tullahoma next week. And I could sure use some recommendations for finding good BBQ in the area. Does anybody have any ideas?

Can't tell ya exactly where it is, but keep yer eyes peeled to the left of the interstate between Nastyville and Murfreesboro for a little shack advertising BBQ and brisket.

I say "AND" because brisket is a commercial rarity here in Tn. I've not been there but as a rule (my rule) anybody in Tn. cooking brisket knows what they're doing. I say this cause most Tennesseeans don't know what it is and the cook has to have a passion for it to even attempt to sell it.

If memory serves you should pass by Brentwood, and there is a branch of Corky's right off the interstate. They are out of Memphis and offer both wet and dry ribs. Everything else I have had there is pretty good too.
