For those of exotic flavor: Some of the best sushi and Japanese food in the US can be found in Raleigh on Duraleigh Road near 70 in a restaurant by the name of Waraji. The owners, Masa and Kazi are generally at the sushi bar, and the seats most heavily in demand are at the far right of the bar (Masa) followed by the middle-left (Kazi). If you plan on going Friday or Saturday evening; plan on waiting. The place is pretty new but they already have a monster following. I have been a sushi fan for some time, and have eaten it in some premier places in Hawaii and So Cal (and here in NC too) and I have to say that Waraji has the best sushi I have ever eaten. Glen

Waraji Sushi
When I went the sushi was warm by the time I got it and the miso was the worst I've ever had.
