Went to L.T. last weekend for Sushi:
Ratings:
Fish -fresh, good portion, but not a lot of selection [ 3+ out of 5] Sushi -rice was not sticky and not marinated properly. It was just a big ball of rice which disintegrated in the soya sauce. [2 of 5]

Note: they do have other stuff there and the place is nice and clean, but the fact that they did not even have a clue about how to do sushi bothers me. It does not give me the impression they are a very professional sushi place.

What's "a lot of selection"? I was there a few days ago, and they had at least 20 or so pieces available. And I didn't have any problems with the rice staying together -- how long did you soak it in the sauce?

Your numbers mean nothing without context. The important question is how LT compares with the other sushi restaurants in Pittsburgh, not with "5."
