How does T-Bonz in S.C. make their ribs soooo tender?

There are several restaurants in South Carolina called T-Bonz Steakhouse. I don't believe they are associated with the national chain...although maybe they are. The barbeque ribs that they serve are unlike any I have ever had. They are so tender that they litteral pull from the bone with ease.

I've had ribs at other places and to be quite frank, they suck. They always seem to be tough, or else they just fail by comparison. I am hoping that maybe someone has worked at T-Bonz before, or else knows someone who has, and can share the secret.

My dad thinks that they probably boil the ribs before actually grilling them. Does this sound right?

If anyone knows anything about T-Bonz and their ribs, please let me know. I would make my year!

Thanks,

Bob

Hi Bob,
Never ate at T-Bonz but the one at Myrtle Beach S.C. stays packed all the
time so they must be doing something right.
