Hi Josh, When I was in Moscow last November, I ate nearly every breakfast (and a dinner or two) at the wonderful Mexican restaurant AZTECA on the top floor of the Intourist Hotel. I am not a vegetarian, but certainly could have fashioned a meal of their wonderful tortillas, refried beans, salsas, etc. You might want to check it out!
