The best pizza in the world is found at Caserta Pizza in Federal Hill, Providence, RI. Caserta is a suburb of Naples, Italy, the birthplace of pizza. Authenticity confirmation: the basic pizza at Caserta's (people in RI make everything a possessive, so I will too even though I now live in VA) comes without cheese, the way pizza is served in Italy. Also fabulous: clam pizza at any of several joints on Wooster St, New Haven CT. No cheese.
