Well, if you are out to get pizza based solely on taste and don't care about the atmosphere, I would recommend a little place in downtown LA. As I can't remember the name, I will give you a complete description of the place: Location: on South side of 6th Street, 1/3 block east of Broadway intersection. Tiny little New York style pizzaria. No seating, only room to stand or take-out. About 10 people can stand in there at the same time. Eats: Very good quality mozzarella cheese, not that rubbery, tastless white stuff most call mozzarella. Quality ingredients. I would recommend all pizzas except for the chicken: when it is good it's great, but when it's not... Veggie pizza and pepperoni are my wife's favorites, I absolutely love the mushroom and cheese pizzas. This is the real NY style stuff, not at all like LA Monicas or those others. Dan
