Wonderful Pizza

I discovered a old/new place that serves a wonderful pizza. The place is
called Gateway Grill and is located in the small shopping complex next
 to Putt-Putt Golf in Monroeville.

My companion and I got a "Pittsburgh Style" Pizza with roasted red
peppers. It was superb! A very thick, dense bready crust, huge amounts
of cheese, and a wonderful sauce with a hit of some spice I can't place.

The 12 inch medium pizza was enough for at least 3 hungry folks, maybe 4
if you aren't so hungry. I think the check came to ~$13, and that
 included one soda (free refills).

They evidently recently changed their name, the food is the same.

 Give it a try!

I ventured out to this place last night with 3 friends. We are all four
so happy we have finally found the pizza place in our dreams! The pie was
huge, tasty, and did I mention huge? We were stuffed and happy for $21 with
tax, but not the tip. I highly recommend the Gateway Grill, and will be
going there regularly. They also have a Pgh. Style pizza that we did not
try but our server said it was really really thick, "like a Vinnie pie". We
opted for the regular and even that is quite thick and loaded w/ toppings.
We got pepperoni (it came with 2 kinds of pepperoni) and red peppers.
 yummy!
