What about Abruzzi's (Southside)

 I haven't eaten there in a couple of years, but I used to
 eat there fairly regularly, and always enjoyed it.  I thought
 it was a good value, excellent service, unpretentious.
 I'd put it somewhere in the top 25% to 15%.
