Vermont Flatbread Co. revisited

In response to overwhelming demand (ok, one letter :), I'm forwarding a
bit more info about this great restaurant --

It's located at 27th and Penn in the Strip District --

Great appetizers, salads (eg, wild greens with goat cheese and crushed
walnuts and a garlic dressing to DIE for!) and make-your-own flatbread
"pizzas" -- but with any ingredient you can think of (I had duck, goat
cheese, carmelized onions, sundried tomatoes and mushrooms with tomato
sauce and mozzarella -- they have three kinds of mushrooms alone) -- on a
tasty, chewy, light "flatbread" crust. Also a great beer selection and a
nice place to hang by the (real) fire.

Price range -- salad was around $6; the pizza I described above came out
 to about $10.

 Enjoy!
