Reply to Tom Main complaint about Max Planks was that the food was cold. I tried their special potatoes and they came to the table ice cold (note: not room temp but straight from a refrigerator). I sent them back of course but the second try was just barely warm and contained two huge nearly totally raw chunks. My crab cakes were not bad but also merely warm. A man at the next table sent his meal back once also. My wife had a chicken salad and said it was OK but now as good as many she has had other places. So anyway...I will go back for the jazz Friday nights but I'll eat somewhere else first.
