The place on Rt. 22 in Wilkins Township, (next door to Sears, near
Monroeville Mall) has very good stuff, but they will only make it when
they are busy. Never before 6PM. Sometimes not at all, they claim that
they cannot get fresh ingredients at times. But what they have, when
they have it, is very good.

The best sushi I have found is on a 2nd floor restaurant two or three
doors down from Nick's coffee dawntawn. Sorry I don't know the name, but
the chef used to cook at the old Samauri.

 Hana.

I haven't tried there yet. The best sushi I've had is at Sushi Kim in
 the Strip.

The sushi there is pretty good (though the wasabi is milder than I
like, but so is the wasabi at the Sushi Kim). Their other food is also
pretty good. The only drawback is the service, which is very slow.

Also very good, and the Korean food there is also worth having.

Football players, somewhere back in their phylogenic development,
learned how to talk like football coaches. ("Our goals this week were
to contain Dickerson and control the line of scrimmage.") Baseball
players say things like, "This pitcher's so bad that when he comes in,
the grounds crew drags the warning track."
