There is a small Spanish restaurant on Bustleton avenue, near Byberry (North-East Phila). I can't remember the name. If you're going South on Bustleton and just pass Byberry, the restaurant will be on your right a little further on Bustleton. Look at the houses that look like private residences. There is a small sign outside. I've been there once and liked it a lot. Very small and very nice place.

There's Lisbon/Madrid in the Northeast. I've never been there but I've read a great review of it in the past. It's on Adams. If headed toward the great Northeast, take a left onto Adams, its in the first shopping center on the left right after the Great Wall Chinese restaurant.
