I was recently at Cafe Sam on Baum Blvd. and I would definitely
recommend them! Our service was excellent, the food was great. They have
a very large and eclectic menu and will accommodate special
 needs/requests.

I was with a group of nine and they had no problem dealing with an
initial reservation of 20 that dropped to 9. I did warn them that I
didn't know how many would be coming that it would be as few as 7 and as
many as 20. I called them at ~ 3pm to finalize the reservation.

Definitely on my Keepers list from now on!

Cafe Sam can be good if you're willing to be selective.. The kitchen tends to
go overboard with overelaborate, cluttered sauces, etc. But.. the lamb chops
are great and sometimes the veal chops are as well.. The price is low, its
usually uncrowded and there is nice open air seating on the roof.

 My 2cents..
