Thanks > joe For something a little different, give the Sansom St. Oyster House a try. It is located around the 1600 block of Sansom St. (if memory serves) and Sansom St. parallels Market a couple of blocks south. The bar is all wood, and the floor is tile like the old Miller Brother's in Balto. The owner has an incredible list of fresh oysters imported from all over the world. The seafood is properly prepared and plentiful. Although it is principally a Seafood Restaurant, the meat and fowl entrees are good as well. The walls are decorated with oyster plates from around the world, and the owner will tell you about the ones he has on loan to the Smithsonian! Prices are moderate; coctails, dinner, wine, dessert and good tip, $90.00 for two. This place is *much* better than Bookbinder's, which I cannot recommend. Good luck, Rob.
