I was recently at Misty Harbor in Sharpsburg for dinner with the rowing
ladies. The draw here isn't particularly the food (although ours was
certainly fine) but the atmosphere. The restaurant is part of a ship; it
is tied up to shore, but you can sit on the upper deck overlooking the dam
 near the HIghland Park bridge.

It's a bit tricky to find, but you turn onto 19th from Main St. towards
the river, and then follow the signs down to the boat. Keep going even
when you start thinking "surely I'm not supposed to go down here."
 Their phone number is 781-4222.
