Actually, there is an exit of the PA Turnpike (Northeast Extension) that provides access to I80. Its in the Poconos right near Pocono Lodge, but I forget the exit number. At this exit, there's an Arby's. If you want to deviate from your drive a bit, go into State College, PA which is about a half hour from I80 and you'll find lots of good restaurants. One of my favorites in "The Deli" which is about a block from Penn State's campus.

The NE extension of the turnpike is Exit 41 or 42. As
was said, there's an Arby's there, plus a Mickey D and a HoJo. Exit 40 is White Haven, and there's a restaurant called Hannah's Ugly Mug which isn't too bad (tho the bar may be noisy) and an "atmosphere" restaurant called the PowerHouse Eatery. Nothing to go wild over, but not at all bad.
