One of the best meals I ever had in Philly was at The Saloon at 750 S. 7th St. Phone: 215-627-1811 A short cab ride from downtown. The food is outstanding. Some people were dressed casual downstairs. Most people were "dressed up" upstairs. If you want to know more, give them a call
