I really like the pancakes at Pamela's (on forbes in Oakland.) You can
get thin, crisp-edged ones. I don't think this restaurant has as big
a variety as what you specified, although these thin pancakes are
 very good.

The Pamela's in Squirrel Hill is the best, although
the Pamela's in Shaydside is quite good too. I'm not
that fond of the Oakland Pamela's.

Drew's Restaurant on Ardmore Blvd. in Forest Hills has pancakes with
your choice of almonds, pecans or walnuts in the batter. I think they
also have various fruit topping combinations.

Bob Evans has yummy blueberry pancakes and also offers an
apple/cranberry topping that's good if not quite moist enough.
