 Hi,
Wondering if anyone has tried the new Brazilian restaurant on Rodi Road
in Penn Hills? (just off Rt. 22) It is billed as a steakhouse/grill and
seems to have smorgasboard-style pricing (according to the ads). Just
 curious...

"Green Forest." Easily the best new restaurant in Penn Hills/Monroeville since Monterrey Bay. I go there for lunch at
least once a week. Meals start with a buffet, full of Brazillian specialties, and always changing. Next, "meat runners"
carve morsels of a huge variety of roasted meat tableside. All the meats are cooked in the dining room on a special
rotisserie. The procession of meat continues as long as you'd like. Finally, you can order desert from a small but well
made selection. Dinner follows the same format, but with a wider variety of meats.

Yes, a friend tried it last week. 19.95 - all you can eat, different bars,
different meats, she absolutely loved it and would go back!
