 Been there done that...The whole experience was ok, not great.
 If Value = enjoyment/final bill, then it was a bit expensive for my
 liking, but maybe its because we are eating fish in Pittsburgh. For
 instance, I would rather go to Tessaro's and cut some steak next time.

 Monterey Bay is in the Jonanet Plaza in Monreoville,
 Tessaro's is in the Historical Bloomfield section of town.

 When = Friday
 How long to be seated (without resev) = 15 Minutes ... ok
 How was the bar = ok
 How was service = ok
 What did you have = (1) blackened snapper and (2) Salmon with basil Champagne
 How was the food = (1) blacken method was not real LA style not IHMO,
 didn't taste really seared to me. But the fish was fresh. (2) Sauce was
 interesting but had too much of a burnt taste to it. Sides tasted like
 SYSCO's sides.
 Coffee and desert was pretty good.
