I go to Max's all the time. They have an incredible peasant platter that has sausages, a huge smoked pork chop and two sides. I usually get the potato pancakes. AWESOME!!! Also an excellent selection of German beers. My husband likes to laugh at it, though, because he's from Germany and our idea of "authentic" german cuisine seems to be a bit off the mark. Cindyk
