La Foret - Very traditional French cuisine, very well prepared. Quite
formal and intimate. The wait staff is very green considering how
 skilled the chefs are.

Le Pommier - Also very traditional French cuisine, though more "Country"
than Paresian. The service is very professional.

Cafe Allegro - Seasonal Western European menu, leaning towards Italian.
Interesting menu. Slighly less expensive than La Foret, thought the
chefs are just as skilled. More interesting menu, and a little less
formal. They have a nice wine cellar, and a knowlegable sommelier.

Casbah - Too loud and crowded for an anniversary dinner, but you should
give it a try on another occasion. Very interesting menu. The owners
should spend more time training their wait staff.

 Happy anniversary!
