Just had a great Korean BBQ lunch only slightly marred by the feeling that I had no idea what I was doing. Could someone please explain the accepted BBQ procedure as well as the Ristaffel like side dishes that accompanied the meal. What else should one order in lieu of the BBQ items. What's the difference between the BBQ items. I realize that Korean BBQ restaurants probably differ a bit from restaurant to restaurant, city to city. But would welcome any suggestions, guidance, hints. The place we hit, discovered by the editor of the Romac Guide, is Ray's Korean BBQ on 5th Street, a few blocks north of Olney, in Philadelphia.
