King of the Hill - dethroned

We made reservations for 4 early Saturday for dinner at the King
of the Hill restaurant in Bentleyville for 8:00 p.m. When we arrived
there was nobody there to greet, seat. We waited a few minutes before
several people began to leave after eating. One lady said it the the
worst service she had ever received. At this point several other groups
that had alread eaten were waiting to pick up there coats. After several
minutes people went to check out their own coats. I guess this is more of
 their king service

When the hostess showed up she asked if we wanted smoking or
non-smoking. I thought this was a question that should have been asked
when the reservations were placed. We were told it would be at least
another 25 minutes before a table was ready. We were asked if we would
like to go the bar and wait, we accepted the offer. On the way to the bar
however, another patron stopped the waitress and asked when their table
would be ready, they had already been waiting for an hour. They had
*reservations* as 7:30 and it was already 8:30. Instead of appologizing
the waitress was very rude. She indicated that reservations gave you the
 right to wait. We didn't..

The only thing I can recommend about King of the Hill is don't go
 there.
