Harrisburg Food

Was visiting Harrisburg over the weekend, and visited their Market House. Nice place. I had a pretzel (?) which was wrapped around a sausage. They also have ones that wrap around cheese or ham. It looks like a cigar, and is made fresh. If you are in Harrisburg, it is worth a visit. It is the 1200 block of Third St. Also went to the Apphlachian (sp) brewery, and had something called a Veggie Boli. It was great with melted cheese and spinich. We ate supper one night at the Alva hotel which is near the train station. They rent rooms upstairs. As we were eating, people would come downstairs in their bathrobes to get coffee. It looks as if the place has been a fixture for quite a while. The food was good diner food. Took Amtrak from Pittsburgh, and had a good trip.
