I don't know road names, but if you're coming from Pittsburgh, take Route 65 (Ohio River Boulevard) through Bellevue and continue. After you pass through Sewickley, you'll continue through Ambridge, Baden, Freedom, East Rochester, the exit for Beaver (don't take it), and on into New Brighton. At the FIRST light you hit , make a right (between the car dealer and lighting store), and then make the first left--it's a small road that runs parallel to 65. Hanks is only 1/8 mile or less on the left. If you get into the residential area, you've gone too far.
