There's a restaurant named--I think--Jack's somewhere in the vicinity of Allentown PA that has a variety of plain and exotic mushroom dishes--it's listed in various guidebooks--and maybe you'd like to get the Stern's Road Food book; also between 76 and whatever the hwy to Allentown, NYC to the north is, you can get to Stoudt's brewry and the Black Angus restaurant.
