Always trying to give the little guy a chance in this era of Pizza Hut
 and Dominos:

I must tell you about a great little Middle-Eastern food place I've
recently discovered in SQ. Hill. It's near the corner of Murray and
Hobart and it's called the Open Flame (next to Yacovs where the food is
served with less than a smile.) The *new* owners are Syrian and they
make simply wonderful food. The Felafal (sp) is absolutely superb with
a wide choice of other vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. I feel a
little bad for the owners since their food is so good but the place is
not known very well and business has not been great. Please give them a
try. They're nice people who make good food and charge a reasonable
 price.
