In pgh.food I read this message from [email removed] (Trident): [snip] |Matt, tell us a bit more......Enrico's?...I'm not familiar....where is |it? Enrico's Biscotti Company is in the Strip on the same block as Penn Mac. Last fall they opened a back room (called Enrico's Factory) where they server lunch. Lunch is soups and pizza primarily, but astounding soups and pizza. The soups change, not just from day to day, but they don't make two pots of the same soup in a row. I am not fully objective on this since I love the place and the people and have become a regular. So I would not notice if they had some flaws. But I got that way because of the quality of the food. Larry is thinking of opening Friday nights with a fix course meal of some sort, but I am not sure what his plans are. And to remind all, they will do the evening tasting once a month (first Wednesday, I think). Next month is balsamic vinegar.
