If you like deli's, you'd like the Village Dairy. There is one on
Brownsville Road in Carrick in the Carrick Shopping Center and one in
Mount Washington on Shilo street. Have you ever watched PBS when they
show clips of authentic restaraunts with little booths serving home cooked
meals, milk shakes, ice cream cones etc.? That is what you find at the
Village Dairy. These are perfectly typical of what you would expect to find
 in Pittsburgh.

Also, as any Pittsburgher knows, you can only get the real *Chipped Ham*
in Pittsburgh. With all due respect to the formal Isaly's, I have never
 had a better Chipped Ham.
