The imperial inn on 10th street (between cherry and race), Tsui Tsin Lou (spl?) on 11th & Race, Ho Sai Gai on 10th & Cherry (only serves Dim Sum on weekends and you have to order it from the waitresses).
I have it from experts (Chinese people, and an American who's had Dim Sum in China) that the two best places in Philly are the already mentioned Joy Tsin Lau and Imperial Inn. Of the two, I prefer Imperial Inn because they always have space for you, no matter the size of the party (at least, all the times I've been there, this is the case), and they have more variety. -Myra VanInwegen [email removed]
