One of the best creole restaurants that Dan and I go to is called Mardi Gras
and is located off the Camp Horne exit of 279. We love this place! If you
like spicy food, try the shrimp creole ... and I mean it is spicy. Let me
 know if you need directions

The James Street Cafe on the North Side (near East Ohio Street) has
gumbo, jambalaya, turtle soup, and several other cajun entries. The
food is good, though the menu is only about half cajun (with the other
half taken up by standard "grilled chicken sandwich" style items).

Football coaches talk about character, gut checks, intensity and
reckless abandon. Tommy Lasorda said, "Managing is like holding a dove
in your hand. Squeeze too hard and you kill it; not hard enough and it
 flies away."
