Caesar salads

 Where are everyone's favorite places to go for a really good Caesar
 salad?  (Just a plain classic Caesar, no add-ons.)

 We like Alexander's in Bloomfield.  The time-before-last, though, the
 lettuce was much too cold and the dressing had congealed, and the
 overall taste was substandard (seemed like they were using vegetable oil
 or something other than olive).  When we complained, we were told that
 ours was not the first complaint of the evening and assured that it
 would be seen to.  We were back a few nights ago, and the Caesar was
 pretty much back up to standard.
