Downtown Buffet in the Lawyer's Building is new and the best. They have
dim sum every Saturday. Some of the better Chinese food in the city.

I've been to quite a few, and the one that stands out as excellent is the
Imperial Palace in Cranberry, at the shopping centre just off the second
Cranberry exit going north on 279. Besides a huge selection of premade
chinese dishes, there's a make-your-own-stirfry section of raw foods and
sauces that they will cook in front of you, and a SUSHI BAR with actual
_decent_ sushi. They do have tip jars for the make-your-own and the sushi,
but it's still included in the price, and the cold foods are excellent too.
The seafood selection is surprisingly large. They even have spiced whole
octopus on the salad bar. Thumbs up.
