I like Yang Ming in Bryn Mawr.

Media: New Orleans Cafe is consistently good, and I've had a few meals there I could call great.

Peking/Tokyo on State Street and Peking at Granite Run Mall both qualify as *great*. Not your average Chinese/Japanese, especially the Chinese speciality menu.

I think Carmine's is excellent, and haven't ever had anything there I didn't love (and did actually have the scallops last time I was there, which were not underdone at all).
