I happened to find a particularly nice Thai restaurant in Bethlehem. It's on the "Open-mall" street/walkway about 2-3 blocks from the Hotel Bethlehem, on the right hand side going up the hill. (how's THAT for directions?!). I'm sorry i don't remember the address. I've only been in Bethlehem once in about the last 10 years, so I don't know street names either.

The price was pretty low, I think. ($8-12/plate) The one thing that I remember as being particularly good was the Mussels appetizer.

It's Thai Spice, Tim. And it is located 81 W. Broad St. I would also recommend Star of India in the American Plaza on Hamilton Street in Allentown.
